Sink Performance Comparison Chart

This chart has been developed by Franke to assist in grading the various materials in terms of their performance characteristics for each category. It is intended to act as a guide for different requirements: 10 points - the best material tested in this performance category. For example. In our tests Chrome Nickel Stainless Steel conducts heat better than any other material listed.

In the instance of the lowest graded scores, this shows material when it has the least attributes under the category heading, eg Stainless Steel - repairability.

Inevitably the total ranking 'scores' are subjective to the individual, as consumer requirements will vary enormously. For example, a consumer might rate the impact resistance for ARG (8) as dramatically more important than its heat resistance which is also graded (8) on the chart.
